I see Zoe is an Irish setter. If she were a more common breed, my recommendation would have been to find a local breed club and there, find a mentor to help you with showing. As there is probably not an Irish setter club near you, I would look for someone who breeds and shows them and see if they will let you come along to some of the shows to see how it's done.
Handler classes are available at a lot of training facilities. If you have someone under 18 in your household, they can go to junior handler classes and participate in junior events through the 4-H Club as well.
You may also want to contact Zoe's breeder and see if they have any advice for you. If they're near you and title their dogs in conformation, they should be able to help you get started.

I second the idea of asking Zoe's breeder for help. If s/he is not located near you, s/he should be able to recommend someone who is. Failing that, you may want to attend a show and watch your breed. After they have finished, ask some of the people you saw handling your breed in the ring for suggestions on classes. Tell them that you want to get into showing and are looking for a mentor. The AKC website also has some good info on getting started and there are a few good books out there too: like "Show Me" and "Showing your Dog." However, it is vital that you have a mentor to help you out with the finer points of your breed. I can suggest to watch what others do very carefully and listen very carefully to what the judge and steward tell you. Also, try to stay calm and don't let anyone rush you. Finally, always be gracious and positive. No matter if my dog wins BOB or last place, I always treat him as if he won BIS in Westminster after each class. Keep it fun for your dog. :)
