Wont they get mixed up? (Clicker training)

My sister has a cat and I have a dog. We both want to use the clicker to train our animals. We first used it on Teddy - our cat, we saw very quick results. Now I want to train my dog. So imagine this:

Teddy is learning how to "shake"... in the same room is Jay-Da--- our dog. My sister clickes as soon as Teddy shook and at that same moment Jay-Da is peeing on the rug. Teddy gets a treat but Jay-Da heard the clicker.

Wont that mess her up, or is that soo unlikely to happen? Will it teach her some wrong things? Is there different sounding clickers out there?

What if they are in the same room and we are working with Teddy, what do we do with Jay-Da? Do we ignore her and focus on Teddy? What should we do?

**I hope this makes sense to you Thanks soo much**

Just make sure if you are working with teddy that Jay-Da is in another room or if you are working with Jay-Da that teddy is in another room. And I think you will be ok.
