why is my dog chewing on other dogs ears

That's just the way dogs play. Nothing like a good ear chomp to induce the other dog to bite you back.

check the ears, might be a yeast infection, look for brown crusty or gooey stuff. Don't let dogs lick each others ears, wetness in ears will cause a yeast infection. This is easily cured with drops from the vet. Also, if there is any smell, that's a dead give away. Drop eared dogs are prone to this.
