			<p>They will do that alot. Sometimes they get broken off, sometimes they are a little unhealthy and might need better food, then the whiskers won't be so brittle. I foster kittens and this happens quite often. Keep an eye on the cats health, but don't worrry to much unless something else happens.<br /><br />

			<p>Is it possible that your kitten's older sister is pulling the whiskers out?  I've never heard of cat's whiskers breaking off.  I know that they regenerate like fingernails do.  Does the rest of her fur and her claws look OK?  You may have to adjust her diet.  Check the skin around your cat's nose and mouth to make sure she doesn't have some sort of skin disease that would cause the whiskers to fall out.  <br /><br />
