Mom uses C.E.T. for us! It comes in all different kinds of flavors, so at least we get a variety of flavors when we get our teeth brushed!!! She's also used Enzadent before, and it was O.K., but C.J. and I really weren't as receptive to the flavor.
Many vets have sample packets of different types and/or flavors of toothpaste for dogs and cats. Perhaps you might want to hit up your vet or other vets for samples so that you can find one your dogs will like! And, of course, one that provides you with the results you're looking for...

I don't purchase any kind of toothpaste for my dog. Reason being, my dog is fed a natural raw diet and chewing up bones is responsible for her pretty pearly whites - not so much as a speck of tartar on her teeth.
However, if you don't want to consider a raw diet, pet stores sell several kinds of paste made just for dogs that you can use to clean their teeth.
