You are most likely a beagle shepherd mix. If you were a fox terrier, beagle, jack russell mix, you would be smaller.

Sorry! Second post! I answered your last question! Since you got new pictures of him ( they are really good ) I can tell his exact breed! He is a Beagle/Jack Russell/Smooth Fox Terrier mix.
