what do I do about bloody swelling immediately after tick bite?

in Switzerland my dog got bitten by a 3/8in greyish tick on the inside leg. it immediately swelled up with blood about pinky size. it oozed red liquid and got soft but the got hard again. I tried to disinfect it and put cold on it but I am very worried in a foreign country about what to do.I took a digital picture of the sore if you need it. I had just washed and brushed my 9 yr old Pekingese and then tok her out for a 15 min walk with underbrush and checked her immediately upon coming in and the tick was attached to her inside leg and there was already this finger like bloody swelling.
