I would say your fur and body looks like a golden retriver and your ears may be cocker spainel. There are test you can have done to see what breed you are, and you could also ask your vet for his opinion

I was thinking golden retriever and possibly GS. The color of her in the one pic has some of the colors you'll see on a GS, and her tail. But the face and the one side view, makes me think Golden Retriever.

I would def. say he has golden retriever in him. Maybe some shepherd with the darker coloring on his coat or shepherd like an Aussie perhaps

I agree with evfurryone else. He looks like a Golden Retriever and something else. Mainly a Golden Retriever, though. He looks kind of like me when I was a pup. Maybe he is part Mixed Breed?? Hope that I was helpful!!!!

He looks a bit like a sheltie/golden retriever mix to me. Regardless, VERY handsome and clearly perfect in every way!

There's definitely Golden Retriever in there -- no doubt about that. There also looks to be some kind of collie or shepherd in there -- Sheltie would make sense, but a part of me keeps saying English Shepherd, so that's what I'm going to go with: Golden Retriever-English Shepherd-mix.

Anything more than two breeds I tend to have to get to know the dog better.

I'd say almost fur sure Golden mix. I wouldn't say that he has any Collie or Sheltie...and believe me, I am VERY familiar with Collies and Shelties. If he had anything from the herding group at all, I'd say it has to be Aussie.

most defiantly some kind of Golden Retriever. you can go on AKC.org (im sure you know) to look at the different breeds and their temperaments to try to guess. You can also Google "dog breed DNA tests" to find many websites where you can send in a DNA sample and they would be able to tell you exactly what breeds make you Rocky. Good Luck!

Looking at all your pictures, and I'm hoping it was you we were looking at...........you seem to me, to be a Golden/Shephard mix. Cocker Spaniels are small, you don't seem to be. I'm young and only really only know my own kind but am getting a good dose of others everyday!

I know this sounds far fetched but he looks like retriever, lab and boxer mix. His ears looks like my friends boxer, coloring of a lab and hair of a retriever. maybe the offspring of a couple of mutts?? He is too cute though. It should be illegal to be that darn cute.

You look alot like a golden mix. Your ears look just like my puppies ears so maybe you are part aussie? you are probably a combo of 3-4 breeds but whatever mix he is, he's real cute! Dont matter what anyone says it will also be a questionable "maybe he is" there are books out there that help you learn what breed your dog might be by the specifics like his height and ear lengh etc.....

seeing as you're only 6mo old, you're only half way done growing. i'd label you a golden mix. the face is wrong for a sheltie, not to mention the coat. you're already too tall for a cocker, muzzle is too long. you're no set cut of two breeds, a true mix like my bailey.

Yes Golden retriever, if not a novia scotian duck tolling retriever, looks nearly identical to my old novia! If he is a cross, looks it, then I would probably say NOVIA/GOLDEN X with maybe a collie looking at the shape of the nose and head and ears.

He definitely has Golden Retriever in him but, the rest could be anything!! He's a good old fashioned "All American Thoroughly-bred"!! They do have tests now for genetic markers, if you care to spend thousands and thousands of dollars for it. I just figure that you love him, regardless of his lineage, and that's all that matters!! He's a cutie!!
