Depending on your dogs coat. Long hair at least once a month and short hair every couple of months. Your dog should not be bathed that often or it can lead to poor skin and coat. If she gets dirty use a wash cloth or some dry shampoo instead. Using conditioner after a bath will create a barrier on your dogs coat and they will get dirty less frequently.

Nah, just make sure she doesn't have any tar on her paws or around her feet. (Some beaches, like where we live, are very tar rich naturally and I use baby oil to take tar off my feet and the dogs' feet when we come back from the beach.)
I'd not take a dog to the beach (or go walking or swimming) after a recent rainstorm, though. Sadly, there is just too much contaminated run off in all but the most isolated beaches after a rain.

Heck Deogie gets bathed twice a year, (spring and fall) and as you can see he is a long haired dog.
He rolls in mud and leaves, he can get dirty with the best of them.
I do give him a quick brush, wash his face, ears and wipe his paws off with some baby wipes daily. His bum gets washed (which he hates) about once a week.
I love my daily routine with Deogie. It allows me to check for lumps, bumps or cuts and he loves the body massage.

I think it would be good to maybe give a rinse and brush the coat out to remove access dirt and debris.
other than that I don't really bathe my dog that often and she is in the pool all summer.

bathing can be hard on the dogs coat also if you do it to often. I would only go once a week if they are really dirty. Maybe a good combing with be just as good as a bath
