Thank you for all the answers. Pedro does not have any red bites
anywhere. I do think he may have fleas. My husband took a close look at him and the were some raw places on his lower back. So I am trying the garlic in the food. And putting fish oil in it. Crazy but they love the garlic. They may be sleeping in there on bed from now own. If this doesn't work then I will try ya'll other suggestions. If anyone has more let me know.

I don't think the oil is going to help. If it is bacteria it will accelerate the area.
also it could be ring worm.
I think a culture at the vet may tell all. Good luck.
