i have a one year old shih tzu which is pregnant.can you please tell me the symptoms of it?

Obviously, you have not yet taken your dog to the vet to determine if she is/isn't pregnant since you are still asking this question.
The only way to tell for sure is to have a vet do an ultrasound. Final answer!
