I took him to the vet and they say it's just an ear infection. I've been giving him the drops for 3 days now and no change. Still won't eat, so I took him back this morning and they gave him a steroidal shot and nausia shot. But he seems worse. Can an ear infection really cause all these symptoms or could it be something else?

ASKED BY

I need some help my 25 yr old son moved home with his 4 yr old pitt bull, who we all love, but we are having a problem.

The problem is she gets along with everyone in the home except my 5yr old son. The child loves the dog, but the dog has a problem with him. She growls at him for no reason. He gives her treats, pets her, and then the tail drops, ears go back and then a little growl. She doesn't do this with my other 5yr old son, only one. We keep her muzzled when she is around the boys, because I am worried, but if we can't get past this issue, I am going to have to get rid of her. We don't want to but we may not have a choice. Suggestions as to why she does this or how we may be able to get past this would be appreciated. Keep in mind she has never tried to bite anyone.

ASKED BY

Hi!
I'm heading out to my rented cottage for awhile (much to my dislike) for about 2 weeks. I might come back early for personal reasons, but I'm not sure. I just want to give you the heads up that just because I don't post in forums, doesn't mean I'm not following them anymore. Thanks everyone! I know this isn't a question, but I just wanted to say bye to everyone!

Bye All!

I posted a topic in the "New To Dogster" forum titled "Da New Guy" on June 19th or 20th. It was there on the 21st and now it's gone. There was no bad reference or language at all, just a greeting to the forum.

Evidently I can't reply to the answers. Princess, I appreciate the quick response but I am familiar with forums. The post is definitely gone.

ASKED BY

I would like to breed my 3 year old female yorkie. only 1 time to have one of her off spring.

I have a female yorkie that is in heat, she has been for 5-6 days maybe even longer. does anyone have an idea to how I can when to actually breed her? and signs I can go by?? and the male i have is around 5 pounds and my female is 10. I tried it once before back in Oct with a 2 pound male and it didn't work. And it wasn't like he sure didn't try! my vet says it will work regardless how small the male is. but it didn't work back in Oct. I even put him on a box, where he could reach her better. but it was like he went everywhere but where he should have. It was stressful for me and my little marley. Is it because they both are inexperienced? if that's the case, this new male is also inexperienced. any suggestions sure would be appreciated. going to pick up the male tonight.

ASKED BY
