Someone told me that there is no such breed as a miniature chihuahua. He only weights 3pds is this not a miniature?

on www.nextdaypets.com someone is selling a teacup chihuahua that is going to weigh 1.5 lbs for $2,800.00 who besides me thinks that the person is crazy for selling that puppy?

LOOKING FOR A NEEDLE IN A HAYSTACK...One day while I was at my daughter's house, a friend of hers came over with the cutest [looked just like Molly Anna] chocolate Chihuahua [I never knew they existed]. At any rate, I asked her where she got this great, lively, spirited little girl and she told me she bought it in New Jersey. I thank you all for the information that you gave. (Even the rude ones) It has been very helpful to me and I now have the information that I need. I will not attempt to use him as a stud. I just got him and was unsure if he was a good candidate. Tiki is very sweet and is a very welcome new member to my family.

Will my chihuahua make a good stud

He is larger than what I have read they are suppose to be. He is 8.5 lbs. He is very muscular and very handsome. He is registered and we have ancestors back 2 or 3 generations on fathers side and at least 4 on the mothers side. If he will make a good stud how does it work? Do I take him to the female or does the female come to us and what would make a reasonable stud fee?
