Here is a story very sad story on a police officer in same state who shot a dog, but in the pictures of his leg I see no wounds!http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/family-dog-shot-by-cop-in-front-of-child-for-no-reason?page=3 Very sad. But like I said it is not legal and you would have to only be physically attacked or live on a farm and a stray dog is attacking and killing the livestock.
