Poodle Tear Stains
Can anyone recommend any products to remove those awful tear stains that white color poodles often get under their eyes near their snout?

Ask your vet. Some of the products may be harmful to your dog. The vet would know which one works the best.
Even though Odie is not a poodle he still gets tear stains every so often. Whenever that happens I just dampen a paper towel and gentle rub them off.

I use Malaseb wipes on my Bulldog Roxie. Not every store carries them but you can find them online for different prices including on Amazon.com

A friend of mine has a maltese and they use a product called Eye Envy. Apparently, it is one of the safer products since it doesn't contain any bleach or surfactants in it, so it is safer to use near the eyes.
A popular brand that I won't name uses a similar formula to Woolite! ACK!!!!
I haven't had any personal experience with these products, but I got Eye Envy in a large holiday gift basket from my groomer and so I gave it to my friend and she raved on and on about it.
