Hi there!
It's hard to know without a lot of detail, but my guess is that you've done all the training work with her indoors. Now, it's time to take that learning outside, in the yard, at the park, at a friend's house, wherever - so that your dog learns that "sit" means "sit," wherever she goes!
Before her next meal, when she's really hungry, take a pocketful of yummy treats outside with you (tiny bits of cooked chicken or beef are very motivating!) Call her. If she doesn't come, toss a treat to her. Once she smells and tastes it, she will suddenly be much more interested in you and what you're carrying! Give her a command that she knows in the house, like "sit" or "down." As soon as she obeys, say "Good!" and give her a treat.
Here is a link to my trainer's site, with lots of easy, fun commands to learn: www.k9techsupport.com
If your dog ignores the "come" command, run away from her and call her in a cheerful voice. When she comes, treat!
