My puppy who is a pit bull and is 9 wks old has a yellow discharge coming out of her vaginal area...what can I do?

If it is a UTI can I give her cranberry juice or other herbal remadies?

That is much too serious for cranberry juice or herbal remedies. Get her to a vet.

Some people claim cranberry juice will prevent common UTI's, but this sounds different and likely needing antibiotics.

A vet visit should be on order for you new furbaby.
It could be a UTI or possibly vaginitis.
A UTI needs to treated by antibiotics not cranberry juice. If left untreated, the infection can move to the kidneys and then you will have a very sick puppy. Cranberry juice only helps prevent UTI's, it doesn't cure it.

Miss Priss

Hello - Well, there can be many things going on here. I am sure she is due for some puppy shots soon. This may be a uti or may be excess yeast....Hard to say without the vet checking her.
In the next week or two, bring her in for more of the PUPPY shots and talk to the vet about this.
You can also try some good supplements like Cranberry and others:

Dieta

I would take to the vet. It is not uncommon at this age but also shows signs that there may be something going on in there. Bacteria harvesting in there can cause infection and produce yellow, gray or green discharge.
I say have the vet swab that and test it. It shouldn't cost that much and call around for estimates on a discharge test and vet call. Shouldn't be that much.
Perhaps it started in the womb and bacteria entered their lil bodies.
