This dog was taken from birth because of parvo, and I have been helping my ex gf rehab her. we got her to know all the basic commands as well as how to heel and settle, and just this week we taught her boundries so she doesnt leave the yard anymore even for a squirrel (I took toys meant for training hunting dogs and used them for the opposite thing, i corrected her every time she began to stare the toy down so she doesnt chase animals anymore) and she is doing soooo well.. after we got her established she turned out to be a really lovable dog.. she comes on my lap and gives me kisses lol.
well.. her brat of a sis ruined it, she thinks its cute when the dog mouths people and jumps.. and now it has gotten out of hand and she is drawing blood and bruising pple when she does it. The sister wont stop cuz she thinks its not her fault.
so now... the parents are debating putting her up for adoption.. is there anything i can do to get the dog to not listen to the sister or fix biting ??
You can get this person some videos and/or books on proper training. And perhaps recommend a good trainer. This problem should be entirely fixable if they go about it the correct way.
P.S.
Here are some free streaming videos on correcting jumping:

Those are some very helpful video tips.
I would follow those to a T.
And like they said the reactions and playing with the dog is a reward. So, try not to do that and tell everyone they must obey the videos rules to be successful.
the dog will never learn as petting the dog or playing with the dog after the dog is starting a behavior you are trying to get rid of is going to make it worse and confuse the dog as to how he is to behave.
To be succesful in any training, it will take Time and Patience. Never give up and keep trying, in this case, it sounds like the whole house needs to know the rules of training the dog together not just on one person to train the dog while everyone else is encouraging jumping.
