My dog's birthday is Feb. 29. Is there any significance to this?

He acts immature compared to his daughter. Will there be any problem to this?

I seriously doubt it. Dogs are individuals. If he acts "immature" it's prboably be his personality. When his birthday rolls around, on non-leap years he will still be a year older.

The short answer, no, there is no significance. It's a day, like any other.

Hey, he's a Pisces - creative and apt to drift off into a dream world when everyone else is paying attention to their Sit/Stays or something concrete! He's also very tuned-in to others' feelings. There's your doggie astro-info. :)
Lots of times the males (in general, not just Pisces!) are goofier anyway. (My Mom) says that she's always noticed that in a 'pack', the alpha FEMALE is usually the one who rules the roost. Not in a bad way - they just seem to be more decisive and 'better' at orchestrating Life Their Way. Love him for who he is and don't worry about it.
:)
