I would bathe him with a tearless puppy shampoo that seems to be the best choice for my male boston.
He also pees on his legs and feet causing urine burn.
He constantly needs to be rinsed off and bathed.
I would bathe him and try to keep him dry.
Also you might want to consider his diet also.
