Something in her ears is bothering/hurting her. Take her to your vet before it gets bad enough to smell or be easily seen when you look into her ears.

You should clean her ears out! My Weimaraners do this! It is because they need there ears cleaned out!

Take her to the vet.
They can also get a polyp inside the ear canal that has to be surgically removed.
I would take the dog in soon as you can as the dog seems to be in pain and is highly agitated at her ears

Sounds like a wax buildup. Clean out her ears. If you don't know how to do that correctly consult a vet to show you. This is a cheap vet visit, tell them in advance that you want the ears cleaned out. If they spot an infection they will tell you. Also, could be allergies. Fish oil capsules have helped our aging poodle and Jack Russel from scratching so much. PS: Allergies can cause extra wax production and thus buildup etc. Good Luck
