my dog eubie just threw up, he wont come out of his cage, wont even wag his tail, and he seems sad :(
im really worried coz he might be sick and i dont have time to take him to the vet and im wondering if there's anything i could do or there's any medicine i can make him drink :(

You don't have time to take him to the vet????
It is your responsibilty to get him to the vet, regardless of your schedule.

He needs a vet. There's no such thing as not having time to get medical attention for your pet. If you can't provide basic care, you shouldn't have a dog.

Take-the-dog-to-the-vet-now!!!!
Get a neighbor to take him. Get a relative to take him. Take him on your lunch hour. Go into work late. Just get him some medical care. How hard is this?
"I don't have time to take him." Just when you think you've heard it all.
I so hope this poor dog finds some kind of medical attention. Then I hope you give up the dog to someone who does have time.

I'm sorry your not feeling good Eubie. I hope you feel better soon.
If your pup only threw up once, I would keep a good eye on him and make sure he is getting enough food and fluids. If he continues to act sickly or stops eating than I would take him to the vet as soon as you can.
