not sure what the question is, but does the dog act like it's in pain? i'd bring it to the vet to have a musculo-skeletal exam. there could be something wrong with the legs. if the pup is limping that would be one sign of a problem with the legs, but without any more information from you it is just about impossible to make an informed guess.
