his kennel is located in a seperate room its homemade 7feet long by 3 and a half feet wide and 3 and a half feet high carpeted and toys and lay pillow!!!! he also poops and pee's in his kennel. He also crys and wines when i just run outside quick or go into another room without him always needs to be around someone will follow you around everywhere he wants no alone time at all.
Your dog wants to be with you - is there a reason why he can't be when you're home? Is he housebroken? He's relieving himself in his kennel because it's too large - he can go at one end and live at the other. Try a smaller kennel - it should large enough for him to stand up and turn around, but no larger. Make sure he has lots of opportunity to eliminate outside before kenneling. He needs lot's of daily exercise if he's going to be kenneled, and toys and chews in the kennel with him to relieve boredom.

Dogs, but mostly puppies, hardly ever want "alone time." They are pack animals and you're his family. He's young and he wants to be with his family.
There's no reason to expect him NOT to be crying and whining when he's in his crate for hours on end at his age.
He certainly seems to have a nice set-up with the homemade crate, and it's good that he has a lot of room in terms of not being cooped up in a small kennel, but he's not getting the crate training concept in that large of an area.
Try reading How to Housetrain a Dog in Seven Days, a really quick short booklet you can get at most bookstores. It's cheap, it works if you follow the guidelines and it covers crate and non-crated house training.
If you can, let him be with you when you're home so you can eliminate some of the separation anxiety.
