			<p>She needs to go back to the vet. She could have full, impacted anal glands that need to be emptied or surgically removed. She could be in pain right now. 

She could also have tapeworms. Tapeworms sometimes make your kitty's bottom very itchy and they will scratch it on the floor like a dog. For that they will give you a dewormer.

Either way, you need to get back to the vet for a proper diagnosis.<br /><br />

			<p>I think it's time for her to go back to the vet. I can assume she has had bouts of diarrhea or loose stools since she is being treated for giardia. Her anal glands may need to be expressed. Normally when a cat or dog have good firm poops the anal glands are expressed when they have a bowel movement, since she has been feeling ill she may need a little help with this.
