My 1 year old Rat Terrier pees when she is nervous. How do you help control this?
Whenever she meets a new man, she pees and whenever she thinks she is in trouble, she pees. She also doesn't want to go outside in the snow to go potty. Any tips on controlling this???

I think its submissive urination.
Punishing her for it will make her go more, not stop it. Submissive urination is what "low ranking" dogs do to avert the wrath of a higher ranking dog (you). Punishing her will not do anything.
Have people calmly greet her (Just say hello, no excited voices, no petting, maybe not even looking at her)
Take her out to go, and let her greet everyone as she wishes.
If she dosen't want to go in the snow, try clearing a section of the grass free of snow. Give her a treat or praise her when she goes in the snow. Take her on a leash so you can see if she goes or not. Wait with her until she does.
