spayed 12 yr old OES doesn't hold her urine. She has multiple tumors but no pain hormones scare me does any body have any ideas.

I recommend that you take her to the vet. We're merely educated pet owners here on Dogster.
The vet prescribed my GSD to a medication called Proin when she became incontinent almost two years ago. There are other medications to help control incontinence on the market as well.

My 17 year old female Jack Russell Terrier mix is urinary incontinent. She was on Proin for about a year but it stopped working. Now I have her in a little doggie diaper and fit them with human sanitary napkins cut in half. At first she fussed with it, now she waits patiently for me to change them. Otherwise, she is in remarkable good health. I don't mind this diaper business at all. She has been my best friend for 14 years and still is very protective.

While long term hormone use may not be good, they could give her a few more years with dignity. I think Aster went on horm, ones at about 12 and she lived to be 15, old for a Lab.

make sure the vet has seen her, usually two annual check ups for older dogs are a good ideal.
Once the vet has seen her they do sell doggie pants, for the pooches with incontience problems.

how very timely, I just got my order from UPCO and they included a flyer from a place called Nature's Natural Medicine/ HomeoPet and guess what! They have a homeopathic medicine called "Leaks No More" and it says it is
"SPECIFICALLY for urinary incontinence or "leaking" (occurring most frequently in older spayed females)".
You can order from UPCO it looks like the price for a whole range of homeopathic remedies is $9.50 each or $9.25 each for 6 or more.
This line looks pretty interesting, I think the name of the company that produces the products is Homeopet, LLC.
I just ordered wormers, next time I think I may try the homeopatic meds.
Thanks for asking the question,it made me read the flyer. If I didn't read this flyer for you, I might have missed the opportunity to try something new!!!
