Jakes had become a poop machine- He will go at least 4 times a day
I feed him Solid Gold Hundenflocken, a half cup twice a day. The only other treat he gets is a small piece of carrot (Jakie size) after his morning walk. I'm wondering if there might be something in the food that isn't working for him, Any thoughts on small bread dog that poop too much?

That is a awfully lot of food for his weight. I would try closer to a half cup ONCE a day and keep the carrot... it's good for him.
Too much poop is usually from too much food and since solid gold is a concentrated food, it makes sense that he is getting too much.

Well, I think Solid Gold is a wonderful brand of food. We would've fed it to Jet, but the breeder started him on Eukanuba. So, in my opinion, there should be nothing wrong with his food.
Jet poops twice or maybe three times a day. I think it's normal for your dog to poop 4 times a day. Maybe carrots are sort of like laxatives for him.
