Mixbreed dogs are not a breed, so they cannot have papers. Some bogus registries out there will let you do this but they are not really worth the paper it's printed on.

Bam-Bam, CGC

The only reason a person with mixed pups would want papers is to try and sell them for more...Which is really sad. Pups are not money-makers.

No dog can get papers unless the parents have papers. No mixed breed can get papers at all.

I'm told that you can in the CKC (Continental Kennel Club), but they aren't really a reputable registry.

Issey

If a puppy's parents don't have papers, they can't get papers. Mixed breeds can't get papers at all. It's not that they aren't worth it, but they aren't technically BREEDS. So they can't.

.....Was this an April Fool's joke question???
