Is the wellness plan at Banfield Vet worth the money for a new puppy? It covers office visit, shots, and spaying.

Yes it is a wonderful thing. I have a 4 year old dog and i have him on the optimum wellness plan for adults and it is saving me tons... and i believe it does cover the spay/neuter for puppys. I would highly recomend this to everyone

I'm pretty sure it's different prices for different areas, even though it's the same vet in most Petsmart locations.

I'm not sure how to answer because I don't know what the exact cost to you would be. Maybe try asking again with a cost breakdown and your location so you can get some more informed answers....

In the meantime, I can recommend VPI insurance. That's what I have for Jack and it's easy and covers almost everything.

It is good to get all of it done in one spot.
Or you can get all but the spay.
Then find another place that does spays more affordably.
But, spaying is pretty much the same price every where.
I heard they do give a good deal on it. So you can check out other places for the same things and compare the prices.
Usually the shelters recommend a reasonable place. The shelter here recommended the cheapest place and I think Banfield was the second choice in price.
