Is Sonny a shepherd mix?
People are telling me my dog is a shepherd mix others are saying he's a terrier mix. What is he?
I'm desperate to find out what Sonny's mixed with.

kay....i'm not mad but i can tell other people are getting to that point. Your best bet now is to go to www.canineheritage.com and do a dna test on him :-)

I was gonna recommend canine heritage as well Sonny also looks part Cocker Spaniel

...He's a BEAGLE.
I did not answer before because it seemed to obvious an answer. He may have other hound like Harrier in there but he look all beagle.
If it matters that much spring the $75.00 for a DNA test. He's a hound dog for sure, no German Shepherd, no Terrier.

Honestly, I think he's a Beagle, maybe mixed with some other Hound breed. A word of advice, don't keep asking the same question everyday. If you really doubt the answers you're getting, go to the link one of the other users posted and buy a DNA test.

Looks like a beagle. Beagles use their nose and love to get into the garbage, dig holes outside in the dirt & usually get into trouble with it Their sense of smell is greater than most breeds. They also have a distinct howlie bark. and also a white tipped tail is very common.
