i was looking up shiba inu's and it said that cream is not reconized by any major kennel club !

why is this ? when red and black and tan is ?

Often if a color isn't recognized by a breed's standard it is because that color may carry a lethal gene with it...
Most standards will cover those colors which historically were part of the breeds early beginnings.
It could be that the cream color is a dilute in Shiba's and is therefore not accepted.
