make sure your giving it flea and tick treatment once a month and check shampoo she might be allergic to it

It may be seasonal allergies to pollen, you may give benedryl, but ask the vet how much.

Other concerns are mange, food allergies, chemical allergies.

I agree with all of the above. Another possibilty is what happened to my dog: he became allergic to fleas and scratched himself raw. The vet started giving him flea shots (inexpensive then) and the problem was solved. I would call the vet for further guidance.
