I have noticed these red rings around my dogs crotch are.

there are red rings around the crotch area noting in the middle of the rings.

I'm not a vet, but these symptoms sound like ringworm to me. I don't know if dogs can get ringworm, but children can.

Take your dog to the vet for a diagnosis. It's always better to consult a vet when your dog has a problem because you will get treatment sooner and your dog will be less likely to have secondary complications.

Dieta

I agree, ringworm. I believe I have a bottle that you can buy with out a vet.
But, I would take the dog into the vet's to be sure before applying any creams.
