			<p>It's not too late for an emergency vet.  This kitten sounds ill and needs to see a vet tonight.  If you are taking responsibility for it then you need to go in NOW!  If you can't afford the vet then you need to call your local shelter and relinquish the animal to them so the animal can get treated appropriately.<br /><br />
