Most cats don't like water and you really don't need to bathe them like you have to with dogs. Just brush Rocky and he should be able to keep his fur clean without any help.

I take my kitty in the shower with me. I turn on the water at a comfortable temp and keep the water pressure low, so not to hurt the cat. I use cat shampoo since it is made for cats. I wouldn't use human shampoo since there are chemicals that might hurt kitties. I then dry them as best as possible.
