How do I report neglect/abuse by a dog carrier/transport business? Lots on puppy mills, but not on in-between travel.

You can look in the phone book on something like yellow pages or somethnglike that. You will have to pay a small fee sometimes and you will need to specifically tell them what happened and if you got their lisence plate # and all that important stuff. Thanks for caring enough to ask! :*
