I've had her for 8 months now and i just had a baby. i have one other dog, but i need to put one up for adoption. I'm scared to do this because i'm afriad to give her to someone that may treat her badly. i love her but i just can't handle watching both dogs and the baby. does anyone know someone that would like a 10 month old pit bull or know how to give one up for adoption?
Google "pit bull rescue" & surrender him/her to a rescue in your area...That way you know he/she will get a good & safe home.

The best bet for a pit bull needing to be rehomed is to go to a pit bull rescue. The breed specific rescues have more of a passion for the breed and understand the challanges that can come from owning the breed or adopting out the breed. Your pup will be more likely to find a wonderful loving home if she is adopted out of a rescue, they require applications, refrences, and an adoption fee, and since she is still a pup, it shouldn't take her too long to find a loving home, many rescues actually have a waiting list for puppies.
To find a pit bull rescue you could google pit bull rescue along with your state, or even look on petfinder.com you can search for rescues on there.
Good luck.
