			<p>You may want to ask your vet if there is a veterinary specialty or referral clinic in your area.  These people are board certified vets who specialize, like human physicians. It sounds like you may need a consultation with a veterinary urologist or neurologist. Many major colleges also have veterinary schools who may be able to help.  Good luck!<br /><br />
