Aggressive with food? I assume you mean resource guarding, in other words she growls and/or snaps at those who try to take it's favored items away.
Here's an article about resource guarding:

More info please. Age? how much going to the bathroom? pee or poop?
How much food do you feed, type of food? Is she an inside dog/fed inside?
How do you feed her (proceedure, rituals - I feed morning and night, my 3 must sit or lie on their mats across the room and wait while I prep and put the bowls out. I release my #1 dog first, then the girls may eat, all bowls get taken away after meals)
The meal procedure lets the dogs know I am in charge of the food and bowl, they must work for the food, it's not theirs, it's mine.
When did she see the Vet last?

Dieta

Since this is very vague.

I will say this as tips: make sure dog eats alone and unbothered. Once the dog finishes the food, place dish on top of refrigerator til next feeding.
Only leave water bowls down.
If she is going to the bathroom excessively, you must take her to the vet. Let the vet know how she is behaving, it could be a medical condition versa aggression. Maybe the dog is off due to medical condition or is ill.
When a dog is ill it can act aggressively.
So, vet first for bladder infection, parasite, physical conditions, bone and joint.
Then keep bowl up ontop of refrig. and also try to feed dog out of hand.
If she is just adopted she needs time to adjust to you and home surrounding.
Once she gains weight if the dog is under weight she will accept the fact there is always food. Be calm, kind and patient it will work out.
