Has anyone else tried the Rescue Remedy pet formula

I have tried it with Rusty, and it gave him terrible diarrhea. After looking at the ingredients, I'm wondering whether the problem was the flower essences themselves, or the glycerin that they are in. (That is the difference between the human and pet formulas - the human formula is in alcohol.)

I am trying to decide whether to try using the human formula, or to try rubbing it on the inside of his ear (this is a suggestion on their website) where it can be absorbed by the many blood vessels without going through the digestive tract and possibly causing an upset. Just wondering what other pups' experience has been.

Thanks!

I use the human formula for Beanie... he is little so he only gets one squirt. He has never had any digestive problems with it. The amount of alcohol in one squirt is minimial, too, so that isn't a problem for him either.

I have used the human formula on dogs and had no problems. I am slow to use such things, but some dogs are much more difficult than others.
