Equal, but strange lumps at cheekbones but one is getting larger...

I have a vet appointment for Blu tomorrow morning, but in the mean time, I am freaking out because these lumps are strange. She was just at the vet 2 weeks ago to get spayed and the lumps were there but the vet didn't say anything (or he didn't notice). Now, over the last 2 weeks, the left lump is gradually getting larger. The lump is located in the cheek (meaning when I lift up her lip, I can roll it with my inside and outside fingers...so it's not on the gum like an abscess). It's kinda hard, but kinda squishy. They both are! But the one is larger, which is why I'm getting her to the vet asap. I was just hoping someone with a dog anatomy background could help ease my fear until I see the doc tomorrow. Thanks!
