Dog poops and pees in kennel when left alone?

I have a 4 month old lab puppy who is already house broken outside the kennel but whenever i put her in the kennel when i go to the store or something i come home and she has pooped and peed in the kennel EVERYTIME and rolls around in it. Also she barks NON stop when I am not in her site like when I leave to go out. She does not get tired and fall asleep just keeps barking and whining and stressing out. I tried letting her bark and not pay attention to her with no luck. How do i stop both the kennel pooping and the barking? By the way she does have toys in there.
