does this description sound like woms???
kay soo..... molly has been licking her bottom for the past 4 days. just now, i looked and she has these orange-yellowish peices of something on her bottom. does this sound like worms or somekind of paracite? i need help! i'm freaking out! should i take her to the vet? Thanx!!!

I would really recommend taking Molly to the vet. If it's worms, the best thing to do is, just like if you think you have cancer, is to be checked out by a doctor as soon as possible to prevent any further injuries and/or death. Molly should really be checked out by a vet as soon as possible.

Those sound like dried tapeworm segments... kind of tannish pieces like dried rice stuck to the hair??? If so, you only need to tell the vet that is what you found and get the meds for it from them. You should also treat her for fleas since most dogs get tapeworms from injesting fleas.
