The groomer cut my Maltese eye lashes I want to know if they grow back?
Of course. It may take a while, but all dogs lose and regrow thier lashes. Why did the groomer trim off the lashes, I hope you set her straight.

Lashes should not be cut. It's far too close to the eye to get with scissors and they serve the purpose of keeping the eye healthy.
Definitely let your groomer know that you don't want the lashes cut from now on. If you have a long haired dog, the "eyebrows" is the area closest to the eye that should be cut, and that's really above the eye and consist of real fur, not lashes.
Yes, they will grow back. It may take a month or two for all of them to come back evenly, but they grow fairly fast in dogs and there shouldn't be any permanent loss.

Unless you mean the whiskers just above the eyelids, on the "eye brow"? Once my GSD had a whisker on her cheek cut off and it never grew back.

Yes they will grow back. If you don't want your pups lashes cut inform your groomer. However, sometimes it is hard to separate them from the bangs. In some show breeds they cut them really close. A skilled groomer can trim really close to areas that most wouldn't dream of. Lashes can be as longer an inch to as little as 1/4 inch depending on the breed.
