We may/may not take wittle Milo with us and we need to know that and what type of hotels we can stay at does he need a happy picture of him and a small bio? Also does anyone know of any good, high choice boarding faclities for Milo? (please note he does not play well with other male and female dogs).
each country has different rules about animals entering - you need to check out the specifics for where you are traveling. Also - there are websites out there that help you locate dog-friendly hotels.

Yes, you can. Lassie (the official 9th generation) has one so that he can go anywhere in the world. (All the dogs that played Lassie were male!) At first he didn't, which was why a different dog (which wasn't even descended from the original dog that played Lassie) played Lassie in the 2005 film. Now the official Lassie can go anywhere, anytime. I just don't know how to get a pet passport though.

As far as boarding goes Milo will need to be current on all of his vaccinations...You will need a vet for this & they can tell you what he needs...As you posted in another of your Dogster Answer posts, he is 2 yrs. old, not neutered, you don't have a vet & the only shot he has ever had in 1 rabies vaccination?
Do you know Milo could die if he is exposed to the diseases he isn't vaccinated against?...& some of them can be brought into your home on your shoes?...Please get him vaccinated, neutered & regular vet care!
Geesh!
