Three weeks after treatment her stomach should have settled down so you'd be best to call your vet and see what they think. Sometimes they can get bloated from worms or if their food disagrees with them or since she had coccidia for so long and just had antibiotics the "good bacteria" in her gut may not have recovered yet. In addition to whatever the vet suggests try getting some probiotics from a grocery/health food store and sprinkling that on her food. That will help make her healthy again and build up the good bacteria in her guts that can be affected by antibiotics or worming.

If she is unusually bloated or it is unusual behavior for her to lay on her back, take her to the vet. We cannot possibly diagnose what could be wrong with her over the internet. Please take her to the vet, you never know how urgent it could be.
