Can a dog get mange if treated with revolution every month?

Just curious if revolution protects against all mites.

Since Demodex mange is an immune system issue as well I do not think revolution will prevent it from having an outbreak, however some vets do feel that it may help a dog with demodex, combined with other treatments.
