Yeah, wanting more is completely normal. Just like if you ever feed dogs scrap no matter how much you give them, they always want more.

A lot of dogs eat fast, so yes this is normal. If it is not affecting her, and she is not getting sick, do not be worried. My Doberman's eat fast too. You can try getting a bowl that they label as to prevent bloating. It has sections in the bowl so the dog cannot devour the entire thing at once. It may help her eat slower. Also, you can try to let her eat a little bit, take the bowl, make her wait a minute or so, and then give it back to her. That way she realizes that she isn't going to be without food, and she will get it back. Do you have other dogs? A lot of times if you feed dogs together, they will inhale their food because of fear that the others will eat it. It is normal for dogs to want to eat, eat, eat, which is why it is so easy for dogs to become overweight. Does her weight look healthy to you? She should have an indention at her waist, but you should not be able to see her ribs or bones. Try feeding her twice a day and see if that helps. They should eat twice

i've always feed my dogs twice a day. morning when i wake up and evening they go straight outside for 20 min- a half hour after and of course randomly through out the day but i've been advised by my vet to feed 2 times daily. however many cups are appropriate for my dogs weight, age, and breed size. so give two times a day and see how that goes. she might still inhale it especially if she is a dog who gets excited about feeding time. my old Jack russel didn't care about feeding times and ate very slowly. but my Borde collie mix gets soo excited when he hears the kibble then it's gone in minutes. so don't let her speed worry you.
