Anyone know of any good grooming books?

I want to start grooming my Shih Tzu myself. Is there a good book with step by step instructions to help me? I don't want her to look bad!

"How to Groom A Shih Tzu The Right Way" by Doreen Schipper.
It seems like a great book with clear, step-by-step instructions, handling tricks, & an equipment list specifically for grooming a Shih Tzu. It's great for beginners!

I am not sure of any good books, but try a google search. It should bring something up for you. I did the trial and error thing with my poodle, I just tried to follow the "pattern" that was there from the professional grooming. It worked pretty well. The more you do it, the better you get!

I bought a clipper set for my Shih Tzu that had a "how to" dvd with it. I had him professionally groomed about three months before I did it myself the first time so I could try to mimick the groomer. I have been grooming him myself for two years now and I do pretty good, but I think next time I will take him to a groomer to get a really good cut.
